At Pay-Yay, we strive to offer reliable and user-friendly services to help you manage and collect payments with ease. Due to the nature of our digital services and subscription-based model, we have established the following refund policy.

 

  1. Subscription Plans

Pay-Yay operates on a monthly subscription model with multiple plans tailored to suit different business needs. Your plan grants you access to features based on the tier selected.

 

  1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following limited conditions:

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period in error.

Technical Issues: If you experience a system malfunction or persistent service issue that prevents you from using the platform and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 working days.

Unauthorized Charge: If a subscription charge was made to your account without your authorization and is reported within 5 days of the transaction.

Refunds are not issued for:

Partial use of a monthly plan

Downgrades or cancellations partway through the billing cycle

Unused payment requests or features

Client error (e.g., sending incorrect requests or attaching the wrong invoice)

 

  1. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please email info@ghouer.co.za with the following details:

Your full name and account email address

Invoice or transaction ID

Description of the issue

Screenshots or relevant supporting documentation

Requests must be made within 7 days of the original charge.

 

  1. Processing Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment. You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

 

  1. Cancellation of Services

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Pay-Yay account dashboard. Cancellations will stop any future billing, but you will retain access to your current plan features until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided.
